The She3 Foundation

She3 is a place for women to push and empower themselves in all aspects of their life.

MOTIVATOR. ENCOURAGER. COACH.

She3 Foundation, Founder

For over 20 years, I have had the honor and delight to speak into women’s lives. It is something I am very passionate about. I enjoy preaching/teaching and using my faith to coach women to thrive in their everyday lives.

In 2019, I founded the nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, She3 Foundation, with a mission to reach all women. I believe my life’s purpose and mission is to empower, encourage, and equip women. Through powerful events, engaging small groups, and providing essential resources to the community, She3 is devoted to just that.

My greatest joy and greatest fulfillment come when I see women experience a “light bulb” moment or as Oprah calls them, an “AHA” moment. These moments are transformational moments which pivots a woman from going in one direction into another—this is a huge win and part of my WHY! As I have the opportunity to speak into her life and she has this moment—I am excited about the fact that as her thinking changes, she will then begin to walk through life in greater confidence and fulfillment.

My husband, Norris, and I planted Antioch Christian Church in September 1999. I continue to serve and lead alongside him at the church and focusing on reaching women through She3 Foundation.

I have been married to the love of my life and high school sweetheart, Norris Q. McGill for 29 years. I am the proud mother of three amazing adult children, one son-in-love and the best title ever, "Gigi", to my first and favorite grandson! I love all things football. My favorites are Friday Night Lights and College Game Day Saturdays (both of my sons played college football and 1 son still plays!). I also enjoy a good meal which includes good food and conversation in a beautiful atmosphere. I have to practice great restraint when I see a good cupcake and/or other sweet treats! I love learning and I love teaching others!
